Question 1

Can you mount a TV on my covered patio in Knightdale?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for suitable covered-patio and outdoor locations. Use equipment rated for the actual environment; the installer will assess the wall, exposure, placement, and sealing needs before confirming the mounting plan.

Question 2

Is an 85-inch TV too big to mount in my Knightdale home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to the TV specifications and an assessment of the wall and mounting location. Oversized panels may need a larger bracket, wider structural attachment, additional handling, or a different placement than a smaller screen.

Question 3

Is Knightdale inside your regular Raleigh service area?

Accepted Answer

Knightdale is part of the standard Raleigh territory rather than a separate premium service area. Pricing follows the same flat-rate structure; appointment availability is shown live for the address and date you select.

Question 4

Do you cover all of Knightdale?

Accepted Answer

All of Knightdale, including Downtown Knightdale, Planters Walk, Mingo Creek, and Widewaters. If you're anywhere in the Knightdale area, you're inside our standard service zone — no travel surcharge.

Question 5

Do you mount TVs in Knightdale apartments and rentals?

Accepted Answer

A renter-friendly plan starts with written permission when required and confirmation of the wall type. The installer can limit unnecessary holes and explain the likely repair area, but the landlord or manager controls move-out and deposit decisions.
