Question 1

Do you cover all of Avondale?

Accepted Answer

Every corner of Avondale: Garden Lakes, Rancho Santa Fe, Coldwater Springs, and Donatela, and the surrounding streets. One service zone, one flat rate, no mileage fees.

Question 2

Do you mount TVs above fireplaces in Avondale?

Accepted Answer

Above-fireplace mounting may be available after the installer checks the wall structure, surface material, heat exposure, clearances, and a safe cable route. If the location is suitable, you can also discuss a pull-down mount for a lower viewing position.

Question 3

Can you mount large TVs (75″–85″+) in Avondale?

Accepted Answer

Large TVs can be mounted when the wall, attachment points, bracket, and access are suitable for the panel's exact size and weight. Share the model number before booking so handling needs and compatible load-rated hardware can be planned.

Question 4

What happens if something goes wrong with my Avondale install?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 3-year workmanship warranty on every Avondale job, done by licensed, bonded, $2M-insured technicians. No gig workers, no marketplace subcontracting.

Question 5

What kinds of walls can you mount on in Avondale homes?

Accepted Answer

The mounting method depends on what is behind the finish, not just whether the surface looks like drywall, plaster, brick, block, or stone. Your technician verifies the wall assembly and TV load on site, then uses compatible, load-rated hardware where mounting is feasible.
