Question 1

Can you hang my TV over the fireplace in my Chapel Hill home?

Accepted Answer

A fireplace location needs an on-site check before mounting. The installer assesses heat and clearance, identifies structure behind the surround, and confirms feasible power and signal routing before recommending hardware.

Question 2

I rent in Chapel Hill — can you still mount my TV?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the property owner's or manager's approval when your lease requires it. Tell the installer about any drilling or shared-wall rules so the mounting plan can minimize the wall footprint; no installation can guarantee the return of a security deposit.

Question 3

Is your Chapel Hill TV mounting service insured and guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Every Chapel Hill install is performed by a licensed, bonded, $2M-insured QuickMountTV™ Certified Technician and backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty — if anything we mounted comes loose, we come back free.

Question 4

Is Chapel Hill inside your regular Raleigh service area?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Chapel Hill is included in the regular Raleigh service area, with the same flat-rate pricing and 3-year workmanship warranty. Check online booking for the live appointment windows available at your address.

Question 5

What kinds of walls can you mount on in Chapel Hill homes?

Accepted Answer

Standard drywall, older plaster, masonry, tile, and concrete can often support a TV when the underlying assembly and attachment point are suitable. The installer assesses the wall before drilling rather than assuming one anchor works everywhere.
