Question 1

Which parts of Cary do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We mount TVs throughout Cary — Downtown Cary, Preston, and Lochmere and everywhere between. The whole area is covered by the same flat-rate pricing and 3-year workmanship warranty.

Question 2

Is Cary inside your regular Raleigh service area?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Cary is included in the regular Raleigh service area, with the same flat-rate pricing and 3-year workmanship warranty. Check online booking for the live appointment windows available at your address.

Question 3

Do you mount TVs above fireplaces in Cary?

Accepted Answer

Above-fireplace mounting may be available after the installer checks the wall structure, surface material, heat exposure, clearances, and a safe cable route. If the location is suitable, you can also discuss a pull-down mount for a lower viewing position.

Question 4

Do you install oversized TVs in Cary?

Accepted Answer

An 85-inch TV is not automatically too large, but screen size alone is not enough to approve the installation. The installer must confirm the panel weight, bracket rating, available structure, clearances, and a safe lifting plan.

Question 5

Can you mount a TV on my covered patio in Cary?

Accepted Answer

Outdoor mounting may be available in Cary when the TV, bracket, power source, and location are rated for the exposure. The installer checks the mounting surface and plans placement around water, heat, sun, glare, and a suitable cable route.
