Question 1

Is above-fireplace TV mounting available in Durham?

Accepted Answer

A fireplace location needs an on-site check before mounting. The installer assesses heat and clearance, identifies structure behind the surround, and confirms feasible power and signal routing before recommending hardware.

Question 2

Can I get my TV mounted today in Durham?

Accepted Answer

Check the online booking calendar for the live arrival windows available at your Durham address. It shows same-day openings while they remain available in the service area's local time; otherwise, choose a later open date.

Question 3

What happens if something goes wrong with my Durham install?

Accepted Answer

You're covered twice: $2M insurance on the technician and a 3-year workmanship warranty on the install itself. If a mount we installed in Durham ever loosens, the return visit costs nothing.

Question 4

Which parts of Durham do you serve?

Accepted Answer

All of Durham, including Downtown Durham, Brightleaf, and Trinity Park. If you're anywhere in the Durham area, you're inside our standard service zone — no travel surcharge.

Question 5

Is Durham inside your regular Raleigh service area?

Accepted Answer

Durham is part of the standard Raleigh territory rather than a separate premium service area. Pricing follows the same flat-rate structure; appointment availability is shown live for the address and date you select.
