Question 1

My The Colony home has tricky walls — can you still mount my TV?

Accepted Answer

Standard drywall, older plaster, masonry, tile, and concrete can often support a TV when the underlying assembly and attachment point are suitable. The installer assesses the wall before drilling rather than assuming one anchor works everywhere.

Question 2

Is TV mounting renter-friendly in The Colony?

Accepted Answer

Apartment and rental mounting is available in The Colony, subject to the lease and building rules. Get required permission first, then share any limits on drilling, wall locations, work hours, or insurance documentation before the appointment.

Question 3

Do you install outdoor and patio TVs in The Colony?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for suitable covered-patio and outdoor locations. Use equipment rated for the actual environment; the installer will assess the wall, exposure, placement, and sealing needs before confirming the mounting plan.

Question 4

Is above-fireplace TV mounting available in The Colony?

Accepted Answer

A fireplace location needs an on-site check before mounting. The installer assesses heat and clearance, identifies structure behind the surround, and confirms feasible power and signal routing before recommending hardware.

Question 5

Do you guarantee your TV mounting work in The Colony?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 3-year workmanship warranty on every The Colony job, done by licensed, bonded, $2M-insured technicians. No gig workers, no marketplace subcontracting.
