Question 1

Do you mount TVs above fireplaces in Richardson?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the fireplace, wall assembly, clearances, and expected heat allow a safe installation. The bracket and attachment method are selected for the TV and verified structure; concealment and drop-down options depend on the wall.

Question 2

Can you mount a TV on my covered patio in Richardson?

Accepted Answer

Outdoor mounting may be available in Richardson when the TV, bracket, power source, and location are rated for the exposure. The installer checks the mounting surface and plans placement around water, heat, sun, glare, and a suitable cable route.

Question 3

Is your Richardson TV mounting service insured and guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

You're covered twice: $2M insurance on the technician and a 3-year workmanship warranty on the install itself. If a mount we installed in Richardson ever loosens, the return visit costs nothing.

Question 4

My Richardson home has tricky walls — can you still mount my TV?

Accepted Answer

We work with common Richardson, Texas wall assemblies, including drywall over wood or steel framing, plaster, brick, stone, tile, and concrete block. The installer identifies the wall and suitable structure before selecting hardware; unusual or concealed conditions may require a revised plan.
