Question 1

Do South Congress installs cost more than the rest of Austin?

Accepted Answer

South Congress is part of the standard Austin territory rather than a separate premium service area. Pricing follows the same flat-rate structure; appointment availability is shown live for the address and date you select.

Question 2

Do you cover all of South Congress?

Accepted Answer

All of South Congress, including South Congress Avenue, Jo's Coffee, Continental Club, and Music Lane. If you're anywhere in the South Congress area, you're inside our standard service zone — no travel surcharge.

Question 3

Can you hide the TV wires inside the wall in South Congress?

Accepted Answer

Cord concealment is available when the wall has a suitable route. A code-compliant power relocation method and in-wall-rated low-voltage cables can hide the main runs; the installer confirms what can be concealed after checking the wall.

Question 4

Is an 85-inch TV too big to mount in my South Congress home?

Accepted Answer

Large TVs can be mounted when the wall, attachment points, bracket, and access are suitable for the panel's exact size and weight. Share the model number before booking so handling needs and compatible load-rated hardware can be planned.

Question 5

Do you mount TVs in South Congress apartments and rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the property owner's or manager's approval when your lease requires it. Tell the installer about any drilling or shared-wall rules so the mounting plan can minimize the wall footprint; no installation can guarantee the return of a security deposit.
