Question 1

Can you hang my TV over the fireplace in my Pinecrest home?

Accepted Answer

Above-fireplace mounting may be available after the installer checks the wall structure, surface material, heat exposure, clearances, and a safe cable route. If the location is suitable, you can also discuss a pull-down mount for a lower viewing position.

Question 2

What areas of Pinecrest can you reach?

Accepted Answer

Every corner of Pinecrest: North Pinecrest, South Pinecrest, Pinecrest by the Falls, Suniland, and Killian Estates, and the surrounding streets. One service zone, one flat rate, no mileage fees.

Question 3

Can you mount large TVs (75″–85″+) in Pinecrest?

Accepted Answer

An 85-inch TV is not automatically too large, but screen size alone is not enough to approve the installation. The installer must confirm the panel weight, bracket rating, available structure, clearances, and a safe lifting plan.

Question 4

Is Pinecrest inside your regular Miami service area?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Pinecrest is included in the regular Miami service area, with the same flat-rate pricing and 3-year workmanship warranty. Check online booking for the live appointment windows available at your address.

Question 5

I rent in Pinecrest — can you still mount my TV?

Accepted Answer

A renter-friendly plan starts with written permission when required and confirmation of the wall type. The installer can limit unnecessary holes and explain the likely repair area, but the landlord or manager controls move-out and deposit decisions.
