Question 1

Will the cords be visible after my Newport TV install?

Accepted Answer

The cords do not have to remain exposed when the wall allows in-wall routing. Where it does not, ask about a surface raceway; the installer will explain which power and signal-cable option is appropriate for your Newport installation.

Question 2

What kinds of walls can you mount on in Newport homes?

Accepted Answer

Standard drywall, older plaster, masonry, tile, and concrete can often support a TV when the underlying assembly and attachment point are suitable. The installer assesses the wall before drilling rather than assuming one anchor works everywhere.

Question 3

Is your Newport TV mounting service insured and guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 3-year workmanship warranty on every Newport job, done by licensed, bonded, $2M-insured technicians. No gig workers, no marketplace subcontracting.

Question 4

Do Newport installs cost more than the rest of Cincinnati?

Accepted Answer

Newport is part of the standard Cincinnati territory rather than a separate premium service area. Pricing follows the same flat-rate structure; appointment availability is shown live for the address and date you select.

Question 5

Do you install oversized TVs in Newport?

Accepted Answer

Large TVs can be mounted when the wall, attachment points, bracket, and access are suitable for the panel's exact size and weight. Share the model number before booking so handling needs and compatible load-rated hardware can be planned.
