Question 1

Do you offer in-wall cable concealment in Hermon?

Accepted Answer

The cords do not have to remain exposed when the wall allows in-wall routing. Where it does not, ask about a surface raceway; the installer will explain which power and signal-cable option is appropriate for your Hermon installation.

Question 2

Do you install oversized TVs in Hermon?

Accepted Answer

An 85-inch TV is not automatically too large, but screen size alone is not enough to approve the installation. The installer must confirm the panel weight, bracket rating, available structure, clearances, and a safe lifting plan.

Question 3

Can you mount a TV on any wall type in Hermon?

Accepted Answer

The mounting method depends on what is behind the finish, not just whether the surface looks like drywall, plaster, brick, block, or stone. Your technician verifies the wall assembly and TV load on site, then uses compatible, load-rated hardware where mounting is feasible.

Question 4

Is above-fireplace TV mounting available in Hermon?

Accepted Answer

Above-fireplace mounting may be available after the installer checks the wall structure, surface material, heat exposure, clearances, and a safe cable route. If the location is suitable, you can also discuss a pull-down mount for a lower viewing position.

Question 5

Do you cover all of Hermon?

Accepted Answer

Every corner of Hermon: Hermon Center, Billings Road area, Coldbrook Road, and Snow Road area, and the surrounding streets. One service zone, one flat rate, no mileage fees.
