Question 1

Can you hide the TV wires inside the wall in Godley?

Accepted Answer

Cord concealment is available when the wall has a suitable route. A code-compliant power relocation method and in-wall-rated low-voltage cables can hide the main runs; the installer confirms what can be concealed after checking the wall.

Question 2

What happens if something goes wrong with my Godley install?

Accepted Answer

You're covered twice: $2M insurance on the technician and a 3-year workmanship warranty on the install itself. If a mount we installed in Godley ever loosens, the return visit costs nothing.

Question 3

Do you install outdoor and patio TVs in Godley?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for suitable covered-patio and outdoor locations. Use equipment rated for the actual environment; the installer will assess the wall, exposure, placement, and sealing needs before confirming the mounting plan.

Question 4

What areas of Godley can you reach?

Accepted Answer

All of Godley, including Godley Proper, Brookhollow, and Godley Ranch. If you're anywhere in the Godley area, you're inside our standard service zone — no travel surcharge.

Question 5

Is above-fireplace TV mounting available in Godley?

Accepted Answer

Above-fireplace mounting may be available after the installer checks the wall structure, surface material, heat exposure, clearances, and a safe cable route. If the location is suitable, you can also discuss a pull-down mount for a lower viewing position.
