Question 1

How fast can you mount a TV in East Hartford?

Accepted Answer

Check the online booking calendar for the live arrival windows available at your East Hartford address. It shows same-day openings while they remain available in the service area's local time; otherwise, choose a later open date.

Question 2

What areas of East Hartford can you reach?

Accepted Answer

Every corner of East Hartford: Burnside, Hockanum, Mayberry Village, Silver Lane Corridor, and South Meadows, and the surrounding streets. One service zone, one flat rate, no mileage fees.

Question 3

What happens if something goes wrong with my East Hartford install?

Accepted Answer

Every East Hartford install is performed by a licensed, bonded, $2M-insured QuickMountTV™ Certified Technician and backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty — if anything we mounted comes loose, we come back free.

Question 4

Do you mount TVs above fireplaces in East Hartford?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the fireplace, wall assembly, clearances, and expected heat allow a safe installation. The bracket and attachment method are selected for the TV and verified structure; concealment and drop-down options depend on the wall.

Question 5

Can you mount large TVs (75″–85″+) in East Hartford?

Accepted Answer

An 85-inch TV is not automatically too large, but screen size alone is not enough to approve the installation. The installer must confirm the panel weight, bracket rating, available structure, clearances, and a safe lifting plan.
