Question 1

Which parts of Cimarron Hills do you serve?

Accepted Answer

All of Cimarron Hills, including Constitution Hills, Cimarron East, and Peterson Field area. If you're anywhere in the Cimarron Hills area, you're inside our standard service zone — no travel surcharge.

Question 2

Do you mount TVs above fireplaces in Cimarron Hills?

Accepted Answer

Above-fireplace mounting may be available after the installer checks the wall structure, surface material, heat exposure, clearances, and a safe cable route. If the location is suitable, you can also discuss a pull-down mount for a lower viewing position.

Question 3

Do Cimarron Hills installs cost more than the rest of Colorado Springs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Cimarron Hills is included in the regular Colorado Springs service area, with the same flat-rate pricing and 3-year workmanship warranty. Check online booking for the live appointment windows available at your address.

Question 4

Do you install oversized TVs in Cimarron Hills?

Accepted Answer

An 85-inch TV is not automatically too large, but screen size alone is not enough to approve the installation. The installer must confirm the panel weight, bracket rating, available structure, clearances, and a safe lifting plan.

Question 5

Is TV mounting renter-friendly in Cimarron Hills?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the property owner's or manager's approval when your lease requires it. Tell the installer about any drilling or shared-wall rules so the mounting plan can minimize the wall footprint; no installation can guarantee the return of a security deposit.
