Question 1

Can you hide the TV wires inside the wall in Alexandria?

Accepted Answer

The cords do not have to remain exposed when the wall allows in-wall routing. Where it does not, ask about a surface raceway; the installer will explain which power and signal-cable option is appropriate for your Alexandria installation.

Question 2

Is Alexandria inside your regular Washington, D.C. service area?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Alexandria is included in the regular Washington, D.C. service area, with the same flat-rate pricing and 3-year workmanship warranty. Check online booking for the live appointment windows available at your address.

Question 3

Do you cover all of Alexandria?

Accepted Answer

All of Alexandria, including Old Town Alexandria, Del Ray, Carlyle, and Eisenhower East. If you're anywhere in the Alexandria area, you're inside our standard service zone — no travel surcharge.

Question 4

What happens if something goes wrong with my Alexandria install?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a 3-year workmanship warranty on every Alexandria job, done by licensed, bonded, $2M-insured technicians. No gig workers, no marketplace subcontracting.

Question 5

Do you mount TVs in Alexandria apartments and rentals?

Accepted Answer

A renter-friendly plan starts with written permission when required and confirmation of the wall type. The installer can limit unnecessary holes and explain the likely repair area, but the landlord or manager controls move-out and deposit decisions.
